Operation Commissary is an innovative program designed by OSDTN to assist Veterans who are experiencing food insecurity across our 20-county service area
within Middle Tennessee. 
The Operation Commissary team assists Veterans with short-term food needs, tailored case management, and connections to community resources.

This approach promotes long-term food and financial stability.

Please fill out the form below and upload a copy of your DD-214. If you do not have a copy of your DD-214, we can assist you in obtaining one. Once you fill out our form, one of our team members will contact you to schedule a delivery and can assist you in obtaining a copy of your DD-214.
