Through direct access to companies, business leaders, and career development experts, participants gain the tools, insight, and connections needed to compete in today’s workforce.
This two-week cohort experience gives participants direct exposure to the corporate world through site visits, business insight, professional development, and honest conversation with leaders who understand what it takes to make the shift.

Certificate & Connection
Upon completion, participants receive their Certificate of Business Acumen from Belmont University’s Jack C. Massey College of Business and gain valuable connections to members of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Participants engage directly with leading companies through site visits, executive conversations, and firsthand insight into workplace culture, leadership, and opportunity.
