Our Dog Tag Flag is a one-of-a-kind tribute that honors the service and sacrifice of Veterans while helping Operation Stand Down Tennessee serve Veterans and their families.

For a $100 donation, you can honor a Veteran, loved one, or friend with a personalized pair of dog tags. One tag will be placed in our handcrafted Dog Tag Flag displayed at OSDTN’s Veteran Service Center, and the other will be mailed to you as a keepsake.
