OSDTN may be able to assist you in finding permanent housing. You will have a more productive appointment if you bring the following:

Proof of having served in the Armed Forces (DD214 or VA ID) or any photo Veteran ID
-
Proof of employment, if applicable
-
Your social security card, or proof that a new one has been ordered

If you do not have these documents, we can assist you in obtaining them.
If you are struggling to retain your current housing, OSDTN may be able to assist you. You will have a more productive appointment if you bring the following:

Proof of having served in the Armed Forces (DD214 or VA ID) card or any state ID with Veteran ID

Copies of overdue bills

Copy of eviction and/or late notice for rent

Copy of lease/rental contract
-
VA or Social Security disability award letter(s)

Eight weeks of current pay stubs, if applicable

Two months of ALL financial statements including checking/savings, Cash App, Venmo, mobile app, etc.
