RENT our Space!

Let us host your next successful meeting or event!  We have state-of-the art meeting and event space available for large or small gatherings.  Whether you need to host a virtual meeting or hold a “safe distance” reception, we’ve got you covered!  See attached forms for details and email rooms@osdtn.org for availability. 

For events that will have more than 8 people, we are requiring an approved application from the Metro Public Health Department. You can visit that page for information on hosting an event during the pandemic and find the application form here

The application will ask you for the max capacity and square footage of our community room. The max capacity of our community room. The max capacity is 118 people and the square footage is 1,765 feet.

  • Windows computer for presentation/video conferencing

  • HDMI input for personal computer hook up

  • Whiteboard wall for notes
